Voxer Business Named Best Overall App in the First Annual Silicon Valley Business App Awards

Last Wednesday evening, Voxer attended the Silicon Valley Business App Awards in Sunnyvale, CA where we took home awards in two categories! The Silicon Valley Business App Awards, “recognize the greatest achievements in business app development and facilitate the growth of the developer community by highlighting best practices and strategies”. The winners are chosen by an elite group of judges comprised of innovators and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley.

Awards were presented in seven categories, with over sixty companies nominated. Voxer won awards for both Best Social Business Application and Best Overall App! According to SVBA, the Best Social Business award, “is presented to the app that provided the most innovative and useful social platform for businesses. This can range from apps geared towards individuals, as well as entire organizations”. While the award for Best Overall Application is awarded, “to the team that performed exceptionally in all phases of the evaluation process. They demonstrated outstanding creativity and innovation while tackling obstacles. The app has continued to be successful since release”.

Voxer’s own Head of Marketing, Nicole Strada was there to accept the award on Voxer’s behalf. We couldn’t be more excited! Since launching Voxer Business earlier this year, our aim is to bring the same Voxer walkie-talkie app you know and love to the enterprise space to enable seamless, efficient communication for businesses. The award was a huge success for the Voxer Team and for the Voxer Business Product that is just five months old!
