Step 1:
Go to Android Settings > Notifications > Voxer
Step 2:
Go to Android Settings > Notifications > Voxer
Step 3:
Notification Category > Message Notifications > Make sure importance is always set to Urgent or High

Voxer Chirp Sound > Select Silent
Step 4:
Notification Category > Group Notifications > Make sure importance is always set to Urgent or High
- Sound should be set to Silent (if you want the Voxer chirp)
